Programs: How we’re fulfilling our mission

Psychotherapy Services for Individuals, Couples and Families
We believe everyone deserves access to the right level of care at the right time. Our psychotherapy services are designed not only to support individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting, but also to connect clients to higher levels of care when needed. We work closely with trusted partners in intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and specialized treatment programs to ensure no one falls through the cracks. Whether you need ongoing therapy, short-term support, or a higher level of treatment, our team is committed to guiding you toward the care that best meets your needs—because true healing starts with access. Suicide Prevention Training - QPR
QPR training stands for "Question, Persuade, and Refer," a suicide prevention program designed to teach individuals how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to intervene effectively. The training equips participants with the skills to identify people at risk, engage them in a supportive conversation, and refer them to appropriate professional help. QPR is often likened to CPR, but for mental health crises, emphasizing the importance of early intervention to save lives. The training is typically brief and accessible, making it an important tool for anyone to help prevent suicide in their community.
