We are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care for Connecticut residents by offering affordable, insurance-based psychotherapy, investing in wellness and prevention, and advocating for meaningful policy and social change.
Our commitment includes offering free meditation, wellness, and other preventative services to reduce the need for counseling.
